In one of the VIP boxes, Young Master Elias Silver leaned back with a sigh, his expression laced with disdain.

"Selling a piece of scrap metal at a prestigious event like this... Unbelievable," he muttered under his breath.

Unbothered, the captain walked over to a nearby shelf and retrieved a bottle of fine wine along with two crystal glasses. He uncorked the bottle with practiced ease, taking a brief whiff of the aromatic liquid.

"Ah, excellent vintage," he murmured with a satisfied chuckle. Pouring the wine into the glasses, he handed one to Elias. "Here. Let's enjoy this while we wait for the real treasures to appear."

"Young Master, just observe the beauty with some good wine. This will lighten your mood," he said, taking a small sip from the glass before leaning against the sofa. Elias nodded and took a sip from the glass, amazed by how wonderful the wine tasted. He hurriedly gulped down the whole glass in a single motion, focusing all his attention on Teressa at the center of the stadium.

"The starting bidding price of this mysterious piece of metal is 2,000 gold coins! The highest bidder will get this rare artifact!" Teressa announced, her smile never leaving her lips.

"2,500 gold coins!" someone shouted from the crowd, raising a number plate in the air.

"Participant number 54890 has bid 2,500 gold coins. Does anyone want to bid a higher amount?" Teressa asked, her melodious voice echoing through the stadium and attracting the gazes of many young men in the crowd.

"What an idiot... 2,500 gold coins for a piece of junk? This is utterly embarrassing! Hahaha!" Denise from the Drake Clan laughed, holding his stomach as he ridiculed the bidder.

"Young Master, perhaps in your eyes something like this has no value, but some people like to collect items like this," Gordon said, his voice calm as he reclined on the sofa.

"The starting price for this powerful and beautiful weapon is 5,000 gold coins!" Teressa announced. Almost immediately, bidders began raising their paddles, and the competition for the weapon intensified.

While the bidding war raged, Yuan paid little attention to the auction, choosing instead to focus on his wives. He smiled at them warmly and flirted with Miss Zara, who sat gracefully nearby.

Grace, feeling playful, rose from her seat and settled herself on Yuan's lap. She leaned in and whispered in his ear in a cold yet seductive tone, "Darling, I'm getting bored. Give me a kiss."

Vanessa, seated nearby, watched the scene with wide eyes. Though surprised, she couldn't deny the stirring in her own heart. She felt an uncharacteristic urge to kiss Yuan as well, her emotions taking her back to her youthful days.

'This is amazing... As my daughter has already said, my young husband is incredibly passionate. He's handsome and romantic. I find myself falling for him more and more,' Vanessa thought, a soft smile gracing her lips.

Her daughter, Valeria, noticed the look on her mother's face and smiled knowingly.
