Chapter 344: Chapter 344 – No-Good Advice and Lily’s Decision

"Ferin! Shh! Shh!" Lily tried her best to shut her friend up, "Please, this is so embarrassing."

"No way, you're just so cute!" Ferin exclaimed as she got closer to the screen. "Tell me, what do you want to ask? Feel free to ask this experienced Ferin anything." She puffed her chest proudly and rested her hand on it.

"Umm, actually..." Lily began to tell Ferin the problem she faced, on how she wasn't sure how to face Max from today onward.

Maybe when they were together, they wouldn't think of anything. But just the thought of meeting him made her blush.

After hearing the girl's confession, Ferin nodded her head in understanding.

"That's easy." Ferin snapped her fingers and grinned. "Just live together."

"Live together..." Lily repeated what Ferin said to her and began to imagine it.

The two of them live in the same apartment, cooking and watching movies together. Then, at night, they would livestream on their own accord, maybe a collaboration. Afterward, they would sit on a couch and share funny stories about their livestream before sleeping together.

Red made its way toward her face. She was boiling inside.

"W-Wa... Live together!"

"My, it seems that idea is still too early for her." Ferin sighed in a troubled tone as she shook her head after she saw Lily's reaction.

Max's day was busy. After finishing his stream, he created another parkour tutorial video to make the most of his skill. If he was too late at creating it, many other Punchtubers would create their own version and ride his fame to gain views.

He was using the monkey bar on the roof, which he could access easily, thanks to security's permission. Because he was always polite to them and did not betray their trust, they already trusted him not to do stupid stuff.

"Huff... Huff... That should be enough. I will ask BloodSucker to blur the background and keep anything that can expose my location out of the video. His censorship can be changed to that energy drink logo. I still owe them one thing."

Approaching the makeshift chair near the door, Max took the towel on it and wiped his sweat. His sweatshirt was drenched, making it uncomfortable.

'I have to change now. And maybe walk a bit around the city to get something refreshing.' He thought as he entered the elevator and returned to his floor. 'Maybe I should invite Lily too. Who knows if she wants to go together? That would be great.'

Arriving on his floor, he entered his room and took a quick shower to refresh himself. Then, he sat in his living room and called his girlfriend.

With that said, Max's preparation was quick. He took a Taxi instead of walking to arrive faster and chose a good gift for Lily, matching rings they could wear anytime. He would visit that store later to buy it together.

This was probably good enough to show off that they were a couple. He wanted to show the world that Lily was his.

'30 more minutes.' He looked at the clock as he sat on the bench near the fountain in the Mall.

The promised time was still 30 more minutes. However, he saw a girl silhouette that he wouldn't mistake for anyone else walking toward him. She smiled and waved her hands as she strode faster.

"Max, did you wait long?" She asked as she stopped in front of him.

Max took a good look at his girlfriend. His mouth was agape because she dressed differently from usual.

Instead of wearing pants, she wore a black skirt that stopped before her knees. For the top, she wore a white off-shoulder frilly shirt and a black handbag. Her hair was done in a crown braid, making her look elegant.

"Do I look weird?" She asked nervously, fidgeting and holding her hands together. "T-This is the first time I dress like this. Ferin recommended it to me."

It seemed like Max had to praise a certain girl for this.

'She has become a bit useful.' He thought as he stood up, smiling at her.

"Not at all. You look beautiful, Lily. If I have to be honest, I want to keep you in my house so badly now."

Hearing that, Lily's eyes went wide. She stayed silent, making Max panic.

'Did I come out too strong? Or did she misunderstand my exaggerated praise as me being weird?'

A certain platinum-haired girl flashed inside his mind, knowing that she might influence her girlfriend, but that must be just his imagination.

All he could do right now was to process what had just happened and find out the details later.
